I had an incredible experience during my counseling session. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, understood, and completely safe to share my thoughts. The counselor was incredibly patient, allowing me to express myself at my own pace without feeling rushed or judged.

My first session was definitely therapeutic. To be able to express and release without being judged and to have a listening ear gave a sense of peace.
